Entdecken Sie wie eine Kupplung produziert wird
Navigate to discover our company through the following stuff.
All couplings are manufactured using computergesteurter laser cutting machines. Fully automatic control of these machines takes place 24 hours a day. The production itself is monitored by Kamaras. This has led to a threefold increase in the production capacity of GDW. The plates are cut in Moeskroen and all parts are subsequently sent and welded to Waregem.
The tubes are cut to fully automated and computer-controlled saws.
Geschnitte parts and pipes are bent on the moon serious benders according to the calculations of our engineers. Thus, the clutch is a perfect fit and also to avoid tolerance differences, the accuracy of bending is checked by means of laser technology.
Computergesteurte welding robots assure highly accurate welds, which are each time specifically designed for each model. The couplings are placed in a welding model and nacher welded by robots. All robots can be remotely controlled with computer. This Technolgie highest Qualtiät allows GDW to a lifetime warranty to provide for the construction of each clutch is made.
Automatische CNC-gesteuerte Drehmaschinen.
The CNC lathes, which assemble the ball rods, operated by robots. This automated process allows GDW to be efficient even at night and in the weekends without staff, make the shift work.
Sandstrahlen und Phosphatierung
All couplings are first sandblasted and cleaned by phosphating before they are painted. This is to ensure the best quality paint.
After they are sandblasted, the clutch can be phosphated in a tunnel, dried in an oven and then dipped into the paint. This modern treatment versichtert excellent paint so that each GDW-coupling is also best protected from rusting, rain and wind.
All couplings are packed in the house. Bolts and nuts are first packed in its own plastic bags. The are weighed to check all the contents and to be sure that all fasteners have been packed. These small plastic bags are packed again with the towbar, with a strong ausreckbaren plastic film, which is heated in a furnace to assume the shape of the coupling. In this way, the supply of all parts is assured.
Herstellung eigener Schweißmodelle
All welding models and prototypes are developed and manufactured in-house by the Department of Technology. To do this, we use CNC machines, whereupon some specific parts are also milled. All welding models are stored in the house for a long time, which allows us to produce even when requested by the customer couplings for old or vintage cars.
Each new towbar a durability test exposed to the relentless test benches of GDW, which are in direct and digital communication with European classification institutions.
The most widely known service of GDW is amplified by a storage space of 5000 m². GDW has constantly more than 35,000 couplings in stock in Belgium, 20,000 in BOISNIER in France and 5,000 in Denmark, and more than 2000 different types. In addition, the clutches 350 most sold are always in stock. This investment GDW is able to provide not less than 96% of all orders within 24 hours, which means a unique service in our sector.
An experienced team is responsible for the entry of all orders, these controls, and also makes a follow-up. Orders can do by phone, fax, or email. Each order we receive before 16 o'clock in the evening or next day delivery within Belgium.
